Attorney Cyrus E. Ellison
Cyrus E. Ellison is the Founding Partner of Ellison & Dominguez, P.A., and is licensed to practice law in New Jersey. He oversees a broad range of legal matters, including business, immigration, criminal defense, personal injury, and family law.
As a former Army Veteran, Cyrus has a deep understanding of the importance of upholding the law and protecting the rights of others. During his time in law school, he excelled academically, earning the highest grades in multiple classes and demonstrating a keen legal mind. Cyrus gained practical experience through an internship at a nationally prominent law firm in Florida, where he worked on various cases. As president of the Student Bar Association at FAMU Law, Cyrus demonstrated strong leadership skills and a commitment to serving his fellow students.
Cyrus’ passion for helping clients was inspired by his sister, a medical doctor and surgeon, who showed him the importance of providing compassionate care to those in need. His deep appreciation for the challenges his clients face has made him a skilled and empathetic advocate across various legal fields.
Having spent several years living in Germany as a child, Cyrus gained firsthand experience with the challenges that immigrants face. This personal experience helps him relate to his clients and provide the support and guidance they need when navigating U.S. law.
Since becoming a licensed attorney, Cyrus has demonstrated his knowledge and expertise in a wide range of legal areas. He has worked on cases ranging from high-stakes litigation against Fortune 500 companies to fighting for the rights of individuals in need of strong legal representation.

Attorney Kelly L. Dominguez
Kelly L. Dominguez is the Managing Partner of Ellison & Dominguez, P.A., and is licensed to practice law in Florida. She oversees a broad range of legal matters, including business, immigration, criminal defense, personal injury, and family law.
In 2015, Kelly graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a double minor in Public Administration and Pre-Law from Montclair State University (MSU) in Montclair, NJ. In 2017, on scholarship, Kelly obtained a master’s degree with high honors in Law and Governance with a Concentration in Peace Studies & Conflict Resolution from MSU. She continued her education at Florida A&M University College of Law, earning a Juris Doctor in 2021.
Kelly has over eleven years of experience in the legal field. Before going to law school, Kelly worked as a lead paralegal at a large prominent NJ/NY firm handling an array of personal injury matters, where she developed a true passion for the law and helping injured individuals. While in law school, Kelly continued working as a litigation paralegal at two respected firms in Central Florida.
As an immigrant herself, born in Mexico, she has firsthand experience with the intricacies and challenges of navigating the U.S. legal system. She personally understands the pursuit of the American dream and strives to prevent her clients from feeling as though they are pursuing it all alone.
Kelly is fluent in Spanish and also enjoys serving members of the Latinx community by providing quality legal services in their native language. Kelly is an exceptional attorney due to her deep understanding of the legal system and her unwavering dedication to her clients.
